Tourné residential centre hire rates

1. Group size 6 to 8 persons: £39 per day per person

2. group size 9 to 14 persons: £37 per day per person

3. group size 15 to 20 persons: £35 per day per person

 notes: arrival day includes dinner but not lunch; leaving day includes breakfast and lunch. These two half days count as one chargeable day. Special diets [any person requesting food other than the standard menu] is charged at 7 euros per day per person. Participants must be informed of the need to communicate special diet requirments to us in advance-at least 7 days. Bed and breakfast 30 euros; evening meal if required 7 euros. This rate only applies the day before and the day after a course.

 Bedrooms [for male female ratios] top floor: rustic room [2 singles]; old library [2 singles]; pink room [2 singles]; old office [1double or single]; green room [double or three singles]; tool  room{three singles middle floor: white room [3 singles or one double]; window room [2 singles; ground floor: meditation room [3/4 singles] or use as meditation room.

Single rooms are available only if numbers permit and carry and extra charge of 7 euros per night.

 Payment:

[1] Initial deposit for reservation of £75.

[2] Deposit of one third of total cost payable one month before date of starting;

[3] full balance is payable 5 days before starting.

Payment should be in sterling and be made directly to our bank.

We will invoice you for the payments and give details of where payment should be made [direct bank transfer].

Extra nights and other incidental payments such as particpants special diets if applicable should be in euros.

We will collect course leader from Foix train station and offer either night before or the night after the course free of usual b&b charge.

 Deposits are not refundable but we may at our discretion transfer to another date and will charge a cancellation fee for this depending upon the amount of notice given. Once payment in full has been made, no refunds will be made in the event of any cancellation by course leader or anticipated particpants.
