Introduction

This ten day period is open to all who wish to experience the benefits of a full detoxification programme accompanied by daily chi yoga and chi gung sessions to support energetic as well as heart-mind cleansing. Participants may come for seveb days minimum or stay for the full ten days. 

What to expect

This will be a surprisingly undemanding retreat since everything will be provided for participants. There will be no daily obligations except to drink the juices, shakes soups and potions that will be made available throughout the day in carefully measured doses. 
the programme ensures that the body receives all the nutrition it requires for full and smooth energetic function. This also means that although no solid food is taken, participants rarely feel hunger and the detoxification process is relatively comfortable. 
The daily programme will be:

• wake up with hot lemon juice, ginger and cayenne
• morning pylium husk and bentonite clay drink
• morning liver flush shake plus supplements
• morning chi gung or yoga-between 9.30 and 11.30 am dependant on energy levels and perceived needs
• midday probiotics and raw vegetable juice
• mid afternoon psylium husk and bentonite clay drink
• special activities-trampoline for improved lymphatics, walking, river sitting, lake swimming.
• supergreens juice
• afternoon chi gung or yoga dependant on energy levels and perceived needs
• late afternoon psylium husk and bentonite clay drink
• early evening vegetable broth
• supplements, albendezole
• bedtime supplements as required

Level of experience

No previous experience is necessary. People with specific health conditions are asked to contact us with specific conditions and medication if any. The programme can be adapted to suit personal needs.
