Method

On the retreats, we integrate deep internal cleansing with modern energetic and physical healing techniques. We combine the latest technical innovations such as live blood analysis, ozone therapy and bio-magnetic therapy with ancient and traditional therapies such as colonic therapy, yoga, meditation, chi gung and Taoist longevity methods. 

here is an example of the basic programme:

• 7 days bowel cleansing program which includes –
Psyllium and bentonite bowel cleanse drink  3 times per day.
 
• morning nutritional cleansing drink with lemon, raw ginger and cayenne
• mid morning liver flush drink with supplements where appropriate
• mid morning chi gung, do-in [taoist yoga], or chi yoga session
• lunchtime raw vegtable juice
• probiotics
• daily outdoor exercise including trampoline for lymphatic activation 
• supergreen juice with blue green algae
• early evening chi gung, do-in [taoist yoga], or chi yoga 
• evening nutrition-clear vegetable broth with supplements where appropriate
• bedtime supplements as necessary. 
• daily meditations are also offered.
