As far as possible, we use only vegetables and fruit grown in our garden. When necessary we buy additional supplies from Edgar’s organic garden, a local collective grower and supplier of organic foods. Generally, our cooking is vegetarian. We will also serve fresh fish from the river and chicken when local birds are available. Our cuisine has an oriental and middle eastern emphasis, but above all we place the highest regard upon well balanced and nutritious food that we have prepared and where possible grown ourselves |
